opportunities with Administrative Assistant, Hillel at York Hillel of Greater Toronto is the address for Jewish student life in Toronto. Through exciting and creative programming and events, Hillel promotes Jewish identity, student leadership, and religious and political diversity in a dynamic and inclusive environment for all Jewish students. Hillel at York is seeking a dynamic and outgoing administrative assistant. The right candidate will be able to warmly welcome Jewish students into our lounge space, connect them with other Jewish students, and assist them in finding program and event information. Duties will include: managing the Hillel at York office space, taking registration and payment for upcoming events, room bookings, set-up for programs on campus, etc…A large portion of time will be spent on administrative work for Taglit-Birthright Israel trips, interviewing student candidates, completing in-take forms, and acting as the main liaison between Canada Israel Experience and Hillel.
