Hillel at York University is the centre for Jewish life on campus and the Hillel at York staff is dedicated to creating a friendly and stimulating environment on and around Campus. There are 4,500 Jewish students on campus and we try to cater to each of their individual needs. From social programming to Israel advocacy, if it's about "doing Jewish" we are there for you.

Hillel at York offers a variety of activities for students throughout the year. It is our student executive that creates the fun, exciting and meaningful programs that Hillel at York provides to the greater Jewish student population.

Hillel at York doesn't only outreach to the Jewish student population, we also inform and educate the greater student population on issues that are close to the heart of the Jewish students. Whether it is the upcoming Jewish holiday, or Israeli elections, outreach to the general student population plays a key role at Hillel at York.
