Jewish Learning and Spirituality

Hillel has implemented several different Jewish learning initiatives, and we're always trying to find more ways to bring creative, engaging, and meaningful Jewish experiences to students.  Here are a few of the current initiatives.

The Beit Midrash Program provides intensive Jewish learning in an informal environment to meet the needs of the Yeshiva-alumni community on campus.

Kesher - Hebrew for “connection”, is the campus group for students affiliated with the Reform movement. Hillel has made KESHER a priority by bringing an Israeli Shlicha (Emissary) from the Jewish Agency for Israel to work specifically with the Reform students, thereby connecting them to their Jewish identity, increasing their involvement with Jewish campus life, and raising their awareness of Israel.  You can visit the Hillel of Greater Toronto Kesher page to get more information.
